As many reps as possible in 10 Minutes. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat two more times. 

60 Skips
40 Second plank
10 Kettlebell swings

Focus on some serious stretching after this workout. This week was punishing and the body needs to relax.
I prefer following a dvd to do my weekly yoga or stretching, it keeps me accountable and makes me finish the session.
