5 Rounds of:

10 Barbell RDL
10 Barbell bent over rows
10 Barbell cleans
10 Barbell press
10 Barbell front squats

Don't put the bar down between moves so make sure you pick a weight that you can do your weakest move with.

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
