5 Minute skipping

Then:
3 Rounds of 15/10/10 reps:
Band lateral pulldowns
Stability ball push ups
Stationary lunges
1 Arm KB/DB row
Stability ball alternating shoulder press
Bulgarian split squats

End it off with a 10 minute interval run (1 minute hard/1 minute easy)
