Yesterday we did a push exercise with all the swings, today we are doing a pull.

10 Swings
3 Double KB bent over rows
15 Swings
4 Double KB bent over rows
25 Swings
5 Double KB swings
50 Swings

Repeat 4 more times for a total of 500 swings

=1000 swings done in 2 days!
