It should take you more than a couple of seconds to make that decision between eating that piece of cake or not (and sadly, most of us will choose to eat it, every time we are set with that decision) I am talking about the secret of muscle building and fat burning. Why some people are just cool

You know when you go through stages that you just cannot get enough of somebody? No, I don't mean a love interest or anything smoochy like that, I mean a fitness and health personality that is just larger than life and you just devour anything and everything that this person writes or does? Is it healthy do be so infatuated by such a person? Well, I would rather be infatuated by a health and fitness person than driving through the golden arches every day because I am infatuated with a burger....

28 Days

  I was watching a movie this morning (for those who care, or don't care, I am taking time off from being a fitness professional to be a mommy) so sometimes I have some minutes to watch pieces of movies. Anyway, it is the Sandra Bullock movie 28 days, where she spends 28 days in a rehabilitation center for alcohol and drug abuse.
