What carbs can I eat to get a flatter stomach?

We go through the ebb and flow of the ocean when it comes to carbs (and many other aspects of the macro nutrients on offer these days) is it good? Is it bad? Should I cut it? Should I just eat in moderation? Can we win in this battle of the bulge and incorporate carbs in our diet?

Why do this move?

A couple of weeks ago I took my Thursday and Friday clients through a very simple circuit with the use of a 4kg medicine ball and the base move of this circuit was a single leg stiff legged deadlift. It worked them hard and they were all nice and sore the next day or so.
